Club doors open from 9am
Bars open from,
11am to 11pm Monday to Thursday
11am to 12.30am Friday & Saturday
12.30pm to 11pm Sundays
Facilities
• The main function room is capable of seating up to 160 for social events or 100 in theatre style, or up to 30 in boardroom style. It has its own stage and integral bar.
• There is also a meeting room which can seat 12 in boardroom style or up to 40 in theatre mode.
• The Bar can seat 50 and has three televisions including a large screen set with Sky Sports & ESPN from Sky. Darts, dominoes, quiz machine, juke box, two fruit machines and two pool tables are also available.
• The Lounge has its own bar and can seat 30 and is capable of holding small events.
• A full catering service is available capable of producing buffet lunches and hot meals.
• Overnight accommodation is available within walking distance.
• Pop in for a freshly-made cup of coffee daily from 10am
• The Clubhouse is located overlooking the picturesque South Inch and is close to the railway station and town centre.
• Full wheelchair access and disabled toilet is available
• Car parking is available for 50 cars.
• Opportunities exist for members to join the ‘Civvy’ pool, domino, bowls, darts, golf and quiz team

Catering
Meals are available from,
12noon to 2.30pm Mon to Thurs
12noon to 6pm on Fri and Sat
1pm to 7pm on Sunday (traditional roast dinner available)
A take-away menu is also available on request.

Functions
Whatever you are celebrating we are sure that our club, known locally as the ‘Civvy’ can fulfil your needs whether it is a wedding, anniversary, private function or meeting. For commercial entities click here for a list of room charges. No bookings for 18 (or under) birthday parties accepted.
Weddings
The club is well equipped to hold weddings including the ceremony, meal and reception. Our function hall can seat 160 for the ceremony and reception, 120 for a table service wedding meal and has a good sized dance floor Club Manager Alan Baillie will personally manage the details of the wedding.
We are ideally situated overlooking the South Inch for wedding photographs.
It is becoming an ever more popular choice for couples to hold their wedding ceremony in the club, for which we hold a licence. Please ask for further details.
A piper can be recommended
A ‘dressing room’ is available for the wedding party
A photographer can be recommended if required and also entertainers.
